If you need to return a product you purchased from us, you need to email us at email@example.com, including all the information you have about your order: order number, when you ordered it, and what the problem is. The more information you have in the email, the faster we can get the return completed. There is a good chance the issue you are having could be solved, so please contact us first.
If your purchased product breaks during normal operation, and according to the instructions provided, we will replace it at no cost, provided we can verify that it was being used correctly. This decision is ours, and ours alone, and by agreeing to our policies, you agree to that.
Customers seeking a full refund on their returned item must ship the item back to Jawbone within 30 days of the item’s delivery date. Items returned with an should either be: Defective or in New, unused condition. In either case, the original packaging materials must be present. Items will be considered used if any physical blemishes or damage has occurred, such as scratching or scuffing of the product.

Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the My Account section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
